Here are some photos I took recently of a commercial/industrial building for Renma under construction in a new industrial estate going up just off Keilor Park Drive in Keilor Park.While the building is still under construction, it clearly demonstrates the main structural details.Structural details include the use of knee joints, roof bracing,bracing and universal beams used for both rafters and columns and further precast tilt up concrete panels .Reflective foil insulation can be seen in the ceiling.Rigidity of connection is very important in such a structure.
